Ronkonkoma, NY — December 20, 2018 — Vacuum Instruments Corporation, a pioneer in providing state-of-the-art leak detection solutions, announced that it has established a wholly owned subsidiary in Queretaro, Mexico to continue improving support of its commercial partners in Mexico.
Vaccinstruments de Mexico, S. de R.L. de C.V. will establish a Development Engineering and Customer Support Center, which will be led by their new General Manager, David Uribe. In addition to the headquarters location, Vaccinstruments de Mexico, S. de R.L. de C.V. has expanded its regional support capabilities by adding locally based technicians in Ciudad Juarez and Monterrey. Vaccinstruments de Mexico will be establishing offices in those locations in early 2019.
The Development Engineering and Customer Support Center will be capable of conducting depot-level repairs, training of personnel, and will maintain a predictive (in-stock) inventory of the most common spare parts used on VIC leak detectors and custom systems.
“Vacuum Instruments Corporation is committed to the success of our customers and with the establishment of our new company in Mexico, we will demonstrate this commitment. Through our headquarters in Queretaro and embedded support in Ciudad Juarez and Monterrey, we will be able to significantly improve support to our valued customers in Mexico,” said CEO Jeff Plante.
