Ronkonkoma, NY — September 4, 2019 — Vacuum Instruments Corporation, a pioneer in providing state-of-the-art leak detection solutions for diverse applications and industries, announced the debut of the integrated Leak Identification Station, a leak identification audit tool designed to test i) proto-type parts and/or ii) secondary tests of failed parts on the production line and/or iii) any lower volume leak tests. The unit will be on display and available for demonstrations in booth 2421 at The Battery Show and Electric Vehicle Technology Expo later this month.
The Leak Identification Station performs a vacuum decay leak test, followed by a Helium backfill and is fully integrated with the VIC MD-490S automatic helium leak detector, which is specifically designed for high sensitivity helium sniffing applications. The Leak Identification Station Includes the VIC Smart Charge III along with an MD-490S. It can be customized with a single or dual table as well as custom fixturing.
