The MD-490M is a turnkey vacuum mass spectrometer system characterized by ease of maintenance and adaptability to system use. The instrument uses the most sensitive and accurate method of leak detection: the helium mass spectrometer.

The internal analog leak rate value is displayed on the bar graph and three range LED’s indicate the relative severity of the leak.
