For your convenience, VIC offers service agreements for all of your equipment on-site, a partial selection of your equipment on-site, or multiple locations.

Term Options
Service contracts are typically renewed annually, but they can also be extended over multiple years and, in some cases, can be more cost-effective.

Extended Warranty Option
The Extended Warranty is a very popular option. This type of agreement can allow a service contract to be included in the CAPEX cost of the purchase rather than OPEX.

As with all VIC solution-based offerings, flexible billing terms are available to meet your budget needs. Billing can be annual, quarterly, or monthly.
