This tailored service agreement provides solutions for each customer’s installed base, helping to maintain high performance rates of tested parts, minimize the costs of unplanned downtime, and preserve the lifespan of leak detection assets, whether instruments or custom systems.

Our service team works closely with you to review your installed base and explore your service options, recommending a service program tailored to your needs. For your convenience, VIC offers service agreements for all of your equipment on-site, a partial selection of your equipment on-site, or multiple locations.

Term Options
Service contracts are typically renewed annually, but they can also be extended over multiple years and, in some cases, can be more cost-effective.

Extended Warranty Option
The Extended Warranty is a very popular option. This type of agreement can allow a service contract to be included in the CAPEX cost of the purchase rather than OPEX.

As with all VIC solution-based offerings, flexible billing terms are available to meet your budget needs. Billing can be annual, quarterly, or monthly.
